Joanne is a professional horsewoman having spent 20 years working with horses in various capacities in both riding schools and competition yards. She graduated from her Degree in Equine Sports Science in 2008, and was the only student in her year to receive first class honors. She is a BHS qualified instructor with 10 years experience teaching a variety of riders from complete beginners through to those at the beginning of their competitive career. Joanne is an experienced and adaptable rider having competed numerously over the years in Dressage, Showjumping and Eventing. She has experience riding in a double bridle and was also taught at a time when riding without a saddle (and sometimes without a bridle!!) was actively encouraged and happened regularly!!! She is very excited to be widening her experience working on set.

 

Harry has been riding since he was big enough to sit up unaided in a basket saddle and has known his wife Jo since they were eleven having attended the same riding school. his father owned and trained National Hunt horses and being somewhat too big to be a jockey, Harry enjoys day to day riding as well as having driving experience.
